LYNN UNIVERSITY

The College of Aeronautics at Lynn offers students the ability to study aviation while receiving unrivaled personal attention from faculty. Students learn through hands-on experiences – with flight simulators, real-time flying, and aviation-related activities.

Train at a state-of-the-art facility The College of Aeronautics is located just two miles from Lynn’s main campus. Students learn to fly in a 2,700-square-foot facility, located at the Boca Raton Airport, which houses a Redbird FMX Advanced Aircraft Training Device and is home to the university’s fleet of aircraft. Gain valuable experience and ratings Lynn students graduate with more flying experience than those attending other schools. With the recent addition of a Beechcraft Bonanza a single-engine complex aircraft to its fleet, students can earn another rating, the high-performance rating. Lynn is one of only a few aeronautics colleges providing expert training, which sets students apart from graduates of other aviation programs. Aeronautics graduates qualify for the rATP at 1000 hours. (rATP – Restricted Airline Transport Pilot)
