TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Students (“You/Your”) engaging with the INTO/Future Graduates Ltd Newcastle United FC prize draw (“The Prize Draw”) to win a match day ticket with Wings hospitality package for Newcastle United FC at St James Park is subject to these Terms and Conditions:

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Future Graduates Ltd of registered address Future Graduates Ltd, 2nd Floor Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP.

By entering the Prize Draw, You agree You have read and accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter (“We/Our”) reserve the right to verify any entries and winners and may refuse to award the Prize where We have reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

How to Enter

The Prize Draw will take place on 1st October 2023 (the “Closing Date”)
To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw you must:
- apply for a Foundation course at INTO Newcastle University via Future Graduates Ltd
- confirm your place on the Foundation course at INTO Newcastle University with Future Graduates Ltd
- if you have sponsorship, to provide your Sponsor Guarantee
- if you are self-funded you must have paid your course fees
The Prize Draw will be made by Omar Hussain, Managing Director
The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age at the date of entry. If you are under 18 years of age at the date of entry, you must have your parent or guardians consent to enter the Prize Draw. You must keep a record of such consent, to be provided to the Promoter at the Promoter’s request, or risk being disqualified from the Prize Draw.
You must have a permanent residential address in Saudi Arabia.
Entry into the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
The award of the Prize is conditional on the winner confirming their offer for a Foundation course at INTO Newcastle University and either providing their Sponsor Guarantee or paying their course fees
The Prize Draw is not available for use with any other offer or promotion being offered by the Promoter or any other member of the Promoter’s group. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify entrants if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw, but only where it becomes necessary to do so.

The Prizes

The Prize available to be won is a football package for Newcastle United FC consisting of a match day ticket with Wings hospitality package (match date to be announced by the Promoter after the match fixture list has been announced, August 2024)
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with prizes that we consider to be of equal to, or greater than, the value of the Prize. No cash alternative is available and Prize winners must accept the Prize in the form offered.

Winners

The Prize Draw will take place by 1st October 2024, so You may be contacted, via email provided with your Course application, at any point between the Closing Date and the 1st October 2024, if You are chosen to receive one of the Prizes.
Where the Prize is not claimed within 30 days of the 17th October 2024, We reserve the right to award the Prize to an alternative entrant.
The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award of the Prize has taken place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will publish the surname and country of the Prize winner on the Promoter’s webpage at www. https://www.futuregraduates.org.uk Prior to publication, the winners will be contacted by the Promoter and asked for their consent to publish their surname and country on the webpage. If the winners object to any or all of their surname or country being published or made available, they can contact the Promoter at omar@futuregraduates.org.uk In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its group companies, or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its group companies, or agents, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ownership of Prize Draw Entries

By submitting your Prize Draw entry, you agree to:

Assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
Waive all moral rights,in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

Data Protection and Publicity

Certain personal information will need to be shared with the Promoter’s group companies. The Promoter will only process and retain your personal information as set out in the Future Graduates Ltd Privacy Notice. See also the conditions above in relation to the announcement of the winners.
You may be asked to be involved in a short questionnaire and some promotional marketing materials if You are chosen to receive the Prize.

General

The laws of England and Wales shall govern these Terms and Conditions, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
